How We Lower the Cost of Custom Stainless Steel CNC Parts
We don’t cut corners on quality. We cut costs by choosing the right process.
First, for hollow parts, we use hollow seamless tubes instead of solid bar. We have strong relationships with competitive raw material suppliers, so our purchase cost is about 10% lower than that of our peers. This saves material and machining time.
Second, for parts with a height or thickness up to 100 mm, we use CNC laser cutting for roughing and then CNC machining for finishing. As a result, we remove material faster and shorten cycle time.
Third, if no standard tube is available, we use cast rough blanks and then finish them with CNC machining. This avoids material waste and keeps the cost under control.
